1. How many Membership Levels does My Success Online go and what is the cost per Level?
The My Success Online 3x3x3 matrix goes up to 9 Levels. The cost of Membership Level 1 is ONLY P500. You can buy a higher Level from your upline members at any time.The cost of each Level is as follows:
Level 1 - P500.00
Level 2 - P1,000.00
Level 3 - P3,000.00
Level 4 - P5,000.00
Level 5– P10,000.00
Level 6 – P20,000.00
Level 7 – P50,000.00
Level 8 – P75,000.00
Level 9 - P100,00.00

2. How it works the Straight Line?
For every purchase of P5,000 the member will get P10,000 in return. Once a member reach the top position of the line they will receive 2 payments of P5,000 and cycled out (removed from the line). The system will ask for repurchase and once a member purchase a new spot then the system will place them at the bottom.
For every 2payments approved 1 spot will be cycled and removed from the line.

3. Can I have more than one account?
Yes, ONLY after a month from joining. There will be a compulsory additional 1 account per member each month.

NOTE: No more than one account on the first month, otherwise you are risking your account being deleted from the system.

4. How do I get paid?
You are paid directly from your Downline members to your Bank accounts (BDO, BPI, PNB,Eastwest Bank, Union Bank, Metro Bank, Smart Money, G-Cash, LBC, Western Union or Cebuana Lhuiller)
Your 1st Level (DIRECT) referrals pay in Membership Level 1, Level 4 and Level 7.
Your 2nd Level referrals pay in Membership Level 2, Level 5 and Level 8.
Your 3rd Level referrals pay in Membership Level 3, Level 6 and Level 9.
IMPORTANT! Members can only receive payments up to their current Membership Levels. For example, if you have upgraded to Membership Level 1 and2 only and someone from your Level 3 referrals decided to upgrade Membership Level 3 then YOU WILL PASS UP THIS PAYMENT. And they may pay to their next level Upline member that has already upgraded to this level. The system will automatically chooses the very first member from this member's Upline witha Membership Level 3 or higher.

5. What are the Mode of Payments accepted?
BDO, Eastwest, Unionbank, BPI, PNB,Metro Bank, Smart Money, G-Cash, LBC, Western Union or Cebuana Lhuiller

6. Can I refer more than 3members?
Yes. You can invite and register as many members as you like but only 3 will qualify as direct referrals. Additional referrals will be spilled over to your downlines or uplines.

7. Do you give refunds?
When activating My Success Online account you are purchasing Ebooks, Text Ads & Banner Ads packages with our program. All payments are final. We cannot refund a money that has been paid out to our members (or your Uplines).

8. Can I change my details(email, password) after joining?
Yes, the backoffice allows changes to your profile. The only thing you cannot change isyour Username.

9. How long it would take my payment to get approve?
Your payment will be confirmed as soon as receiver received it, but allow a maximum of 3days as bank transactions vary especially if payment was sent during Fridays. Ifit is not confirmed within 3 days send a support ticket with the link of your payment screenshot or scanned copy of receipt showing the details (amount,transaction reference number, sender, receiver and date).

10. I received an email that say"You've Got Money" but when I checked my bank account I can't find any new transactions. What should I do?
First, you need check all your bank accounts sometimes member can make a mistake. For example, the member sent a money through BDO, but selected "BPI" by mistake. Allow up to maximum of 3 days if there is no payment received then decline the payment.

11. I have received a payment into my bank account, what should I do?
Go to your backoffice, select from either "Matrix Payments" or "Straight Line Payments" and click "Approve" from the Action column.

12. What will be the consequence of a member who submitted a fake transaction reference number?
If proven the account of that member will be suspended and all future earning will be forfeited.

13. I have joined my sponsor's link but when I upgrade my membership level different member is showing up from my backoffice. Is this a glitch in the system?
No, it's not a glitch. It is a SPILLOVER feature of the program. If you joined a sponsor with already 3 direct referrals you will be spilled over to their downline or upline.
14. I can't upgrade to Level 1and there is a message No Next In Line.
There is no available positions due to:
All available positions have been reserved. This will happen mostly when members are upgrading their level.
Positions are still pending and waiting for Payer's approval. As soon as they have been approved it will become available so grab your position as fast as you can.
15. My account has been locked and there is a Requirement message asking to make a repurchase.
Members account will be locked every time their position(s) get cycled from the Straight Line. If you want to proceed into your backoffice you need replace the position(s) that cycled out.
